5 large white mushrooms, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 cups of leftover cooked brown rice (unseasoned)
¼ tsp of black pepper
- Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Add olive oil once hot.
- Add the mushrooms and garlic cloves and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet and saute for 10 minutes or until rice is crispy.
- Add salt and pepper.
