This might actually be my favorite smoothie on the site. This watermelon smoothie is smooth and refreshing. This watermelon smoothie can be made in under 5 minutes.

1 personal watermelon, rind removed and cubed
1 tbs honey (optional)
2 cups of low fat vanilla yogurt


  1. Add watermelon cubes to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the watermelon juice into a large bowl to remove seeds.
  3. Add the watermelon juice, 1 tbs of honey, and yogurt to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
