1 tsp of vegetable oil
- Place the eggs in a medium sized bowl filled with hot water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes in bowl.
- Heat a skillet to medium heat. Once hot add the vegetable oil.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until white has almost completely set. Egg yolks should be slightly runny.
