½ cup of apple juice concentrate
1 lb of frozen strawberries, defrosted
2 cups plain, nonfat yogurt
1 tbs of vanilla
½ cup of granulated sugar
1 lemon, zested and juiced
- In a blender, puree the strawberries and apple juice concentrate. Then add the yogurt, vanilla, sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Add the strawberry mixture to your ice cream maker. Following the directions for your ice cream maker.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until the texture is right.
