1 tbs of vinegar
1 tsp of cayenne
1 tsp of paprika
½ tsp of pepper
¼ tsp of salt
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. Prepare a baking sheet by covering with aluminum foil then lightly oiling it.
- Rub the vinegar onto each cod filet.
- Combine all of the seasonings. Then sprinkle evenly over the filets
- Bake on prepared baking sheet for 16-18 minutes.
