2 yellow squash, sliced into circles
1 garlic clove
pinch of salt
¼ tsp of black pepper
- Heat vegetable oil in large skillet on medium high heat, until hot.
- Add the squash and the garlic to the skillet and saute until edges crisp, about 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add salt and black pepper.
