1 tbs of vegetable oil
2 yellow squash, sliced into circles
1 garlic clove
pinch of salt
ΒΌ tsp of black pepper


  1. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet on medium high heat, until hot.
  2. Add the squash and the garlic to the skillet and saute until edges crisp, about 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add salt and black pepper.
