I don’t even have to sell this recipe to you. I’ll let this sauteed spinach photo do all of the talking. Sauteed Spinach is one of those feel-good sautes. You just can’t get enough of those refreshing greens. Sauteed Spinach is also full of nutrients.

Ingredients

1 bunch of spinach, rinsed
2 garlic cloves, chopped
¼ tsp of black pepper
2 tsp of olive oil

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet on medium high.
  2. Add the olive oil and sauté the garlic for two minutes.
  3. Add all of the spinach to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes. The spinach will shrink in the skillet.
  4. Add the black pepper.
  5. Serve hot.
