2 garlic cloves, chopped
¼ tsp of black pepper
2 tsp of olive oil
- Heat a large skillet on medium high.
- Add the olive oil and sauté the garlic for two minutes.
- Add all of the spinach to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes. The spinach will shrink in the skillet.
- Add the black pepper.
- Serve hot.
