1 large turnip, cut into pieces
1 sweet potato, cut into pieces
6 red radishes, chopped into pieces
1 tbs of vegetable oil
¼ tsp of black pepper
1/8 tsp of salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  3. Evenly spread out mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
