¼ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of black pepper
⅛ tsp of tarragon
⅛ tsp of parsley
8 slices of low sodium, whole wheat bread
- Cook chicken in slow cooker for 5-8 hours on low.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker, leaving behind drippings. Use a fork to pull the chicken apart. Then place chicken back in slow cooker and mix with drippings.
- Mix chicken with salt, black pepper, tarragon, cilantro, and parsley.
- Serve on toasted bread.
