1 cup of apple juice
1 cup of low-fat plain yogurt
Sugar or honey to taste
- Place the pineapple in the blender with the apple juice and blend until it is all uniform.
- Strain the pineapple juice to separate the juice from the pulp. (The pulp tastes terrible, so this is important.)
- Return the pineapple juice to the blender and add the yogurt. Blend until smooth.
