2 apple-mangos, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 cups of orange juice
2 cups of vanilla lowfat yogurt
2 tbs of sugar

Directions

  1. Blend mangos in blender with orange juice until combined.
  2. Add the yogurt and sugar and blend until smooth.
