½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil

- Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Prepare a baking sheet by covering with aluminum foil then lightly oiling it.
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, thyme, and cilantro.
- Spread lemon juice over each fish. Next spread olive oil over each fish.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the fish.
