Ingredients

1 pound tilapia, chopped into ½ inch squares
¼ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of black pepper
¼ tsp of garlic powder
¼ tsp of dried cilantro
¼ tsp of dried parsley

Directions

  1. Heat 2 cups of water in a medium sauce pan on medium high, until it reaches a boil.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to the pot and reduce heat to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 8 minutes
  4. Serve hot
