½ cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 slicing tomato, sliced
½ a cup of favorite reduced fat cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350℉. Place the bread on a baking sheet.
- Add half of the cheese to two of the slices of bread and place in the oven for 5 minutes or until toasted.
- Remove bread from oven and stack the tomatoes and cucumbers on the slices of bread without cheese.
- Add the slices of bread with cheese to the top of the sandwich.
