This is one of my favorite desserts. It has a ton of flavor from the fruit. It has creaminess from the goat cheese. And it has the decadence of dark chocolate. If you want to impress someone and be healthy, give this recipe a shot.
½ cup of blueberries
½ a medium sized banana
1/8 cup of walnuts
2 tbs of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of goat cheese
1 tablespoon of honey
Lemon juice from ½ a lemon
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl or serving vessel in the order they appear in the ingredients.
