32 oz of low-fat vanilla yogurt
1½ – 2 cups of blackberries
1/2 cup of apple juice
- Blend the blackberries and apple juice first. Strain blackberry juice mixture to remove seeds
- After rinsing the blender of any remaining seeds, add strained blackberry juice back into the blender with the chopped bananas.
- Add the yogurt and honey.
- Blend until satisfied with consistency. Feel free to add more apple juice if you do not want your smoothie to be thick. Add more yogurt if you want it to be thicker.
- Serve cold.
