3 celery stalks, diced
4 cloves of garlic, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 tbs of vegetable oil
- Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Add vegetable oil to hot skillet.
- Add the celery and potatoes to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the asparagus, bell pepper, and garlic cloves and saute for another 4 minutes or until the potatoes are softened.
- Serve over ½ a cup of rice.
